Mosaic Stack: We amped up the hops in this beer, made primarily from Mosaic hops with a tiny bit of Simcoe, resulting in big stone fruit, sweet fruit and pungent notes throughout! This beer is quickly becoming a staff favorite after only being released for one day! ABV: 6.5%
Simcoe 25: First used by Russian River back when it was known as YCR014, Simcoe hops helped shape Pliny the Elder and an entire generation of hoppy beers. Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, Simcoe went from just 9 acres to a brewing icon, thanks in part to early support from RRBC. Blonde in color with a bold Simcoe hop profile, this brew bursts with notes of pine, grapefruit, and hop resin, finishing clean, bitter, and dry. Fun fact: Mosaic is actually Simcoe’s daughter! 7% ABV
Citra Flash Mob: A new hoppier and fuller bodied version of our popular CFM Pale Ale, this beer is primarily brewed with flash kilned Citra hops plus a couple of other varieties! The dancing hops on this label are a tribute to Napoleon Dynamite's stylish moves! ABV: 7%
