Bring Back Brewer's Gold: Previously developed on our 5-barrel pilot brewery and released as RnD #54 Hazy IPA, everyone enjoyed the beer so much that we decided to give it a proper name! Brewed with Brewer's Gold, a hop variety over 100 years old that had largely faded into obscurity, this beer represents a collaboration between Vinnie and CLS Farms. Together, they revived this classic hop by combining modern growing and kilning techniques with innovative brewing methods. 6.5% ABV
Great Beer Great Wine: There is an old saying in the wine business: “It takes a lot of great beer to make great wine!” Winemakers, cellar workers, & grape pickers rarely reach for a glass of red wine during harvest. Wine is delicious, but not refreshing on a hot summer day. The beverage of choice during harvest is BEER! Here’s a toast to our winemaking friends who work around the clock during harvest to make world-class wine here in our own backyard! ABV: 5.25%
