Temptation is the first sour beer Vinnie created back in the late 1990s while the brewery was still out at Korbel. Still one of our favorite classic RRBC beers, this blonde ale aged in Chardonnay barrels with Bretannomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus has a pleasant sourness with a hint of oak.
