Jake Brake

India Pale Ale

Jake Brake is a mid-range IPA using rye malt as a portion of the malt bill. Using rye malt will give the beer a distinctive spicy character which blends nicely with the hops. The hops are a mix of an old world variety, Brewers Gold along with two newer varieties, Loral and Citra. In all, the combination of the rye malt and hops give the beer a nice spicy, earthy, & floral character.
