Simcoe 25: First used by Russian River back when it was known as YCR014, Simcoe hops helped shape Pliny the Elder and an entire generation of hoppy beers. Now celebrating its 25th anniversary, Simcoe went from just 9 acres to a brewing icon, thanks in part to early support from RRBC. Blonde in color with a bold Simcoe hop profile, this brew bursts with notes of pine, grapefruit, and hop resin, finishing clean, bitter, and dry. Fun fact: Mosaic is actually Simcoe’s daughter! 7% ABV
Hop Grower's Tribute Series: Mac Hops: This year, our friends at Mac Hops are celebrating 125 years of hop growing history! Mac Hops was established in New Zealand in the year 1900 and is now a 5th generation hop farm. The beer was dry-hopped with around 4lbs of hops per barrel and features Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Riwaka. 6.5% ABV
