Row 2 Hill 56: 100% Simcoe Pale Ale with hints of citrus/grapefuit and pine balanced with a lingering malt finish. This beer was named after the "address" in the experimental hop yard where Simcoe was first created in the 1990's. Simcoe is also the main hop in Pliny the Elder. One of our staff favorites!
